Founder & Chief Ally, amBaaSsador
Stacy went from community-bank teller to national revenue leader at Jack Henry, helping generate $300M and learning the simple truth: technology changes fast; trust compounds. Now she equips community banks to navigate BaaS assessing partners, designing programs, and aligning risk so regulators nod and numbers add up.
Part strategist, part translator, she turns boardroom anxiety into action plans and keeps the “bank” in embedded banking. Her approach is practical, story-driven, and stubbornly human: progress without theatre, controls without paralysis. Offstage she’s raising three sharp critics who already ask for the revenue forecast, proof that good governance starts at home.

Two tours at Jack Henry, plus stints at Citi and AT&T, give him the full stack: core, capital, and common sense.
